How much does it cost to build a house in Coimbatore or Erode?
Our turnkey rates start at ₹1,950/sq.ft (Essential), ₹2,350/sq.ft (Signature) and ₹2,900/sq.ft (Luxe) in Coimbatore; Erode is about 4% lower. A 2,000 sq.ft Signature home is roughly ₹47 lakh including structure, finishes, electrical and plumbing. Use the estimator above for a quick figure.
How long will my house take?
A typical G+1 home of 2,000–2,500 sq.ft takes 8–10 months from groundbreaking. Larger homes take 10–14 months. The handover date goes into your contract with a rent-back commitment if we're late.
Do you handle DTCP / LPA and building permit approvals?
Yes. Our liaison team prepares drawings and files for building permits with Coimbatore and Erode corporations, panchayats and DTCP/LPA. Average turnaround is 38 days, and approval fees are passed on at actuals.
How does the payment schedule work?
After a 5% booking amount, the remaining amount is split across 14 milestones — footing, plinth, each slab, brickwork, plastering, flooring and so on. You pay only after a stage is completed and passes our QA inspection.
Can you help with a home loan?
Yes. We provide the approved drawings, BOQ, cost estimate and stage-wise disbursement schedule that banks ask for, and our team coordinates site visits with your bank's engineer.
Can I choose my own tiles, fittings or brands?
Absolutely. Each package comes with allowances (for example, ₹100/sq.ft for flooring in Signature). Choose anything at our Peelamedu experience centre — if it costs more, you pay only the difference.
I live abroad. Can I still build with you?
Many of our clients are NRIs. You can approve designs over video call, watch the site on 24×7 CCTV, sign documents digitally and pay milestones online. A relative can collect keys on your behalf at handover.
